Study on Stress Distribution of Explosion in the Space at the Hole Bottom by Dynamic Photo-Elasticity Test

Abstract:
The blasting method with charging structure of vacuum space at the blasting-hole bottom is applied to the bracer digging engineering.In order to explore the explosion mechanism of the charging method,the dynamic photo-elasticity equipment was applied to simulate the dynamic response of the medium when loaded by explosion.In the paper,the design parameter of the dynamic photo-elasticity test model was described.In the test,the stress diffusion was explored and recorded really-time.According to the data from the experimentation,the curves N-R(X/r)(stripe series to scale distance) corresponding to different vacuum space length were described and contrasted in the picture.The result from the test shows that the larger the vacuum space the less the peak pressure will be.Therefore,the method can adjust the blasting process availably,including reducing the peak value of pressure,prolonging the time of blasting action and reducing the destroying to the construction foundation.
