Tentative Exploration on Protection and Utilization of Musk Deer Resources

This article points out such a situation that the resources of musk deer is extremely endangered in China and its musk is necessary for the industry of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It holds that great achievements have been made in the cultivation of musk deers in the past 44 years in China and proposes that musk deers may be cultivated in large areas enclosed by net in forests,and at the time when their musk should be collected,they are taken alive for the end and then set back to the enclosed areas.In this way the species of the animal may be protected and their population be enlarged,thus guaranteeing the sustainable development of the industry of TCM.
