Study on Standard Operation Procedure of Improved Seeding of Aucklandia lappa Decne in YunNan
云木香良种繁育规范化生产标准操作规程（SOP）研究

For standard production of fine seed of Aucklandia lappa Decne in Yunnan province to guarantee good quality of crude drugs, according to requirements and contents of the Chinese Medicinal Materials Production Quality Management Standard promulgated and implemented by the State Drug Administration, we formulated standard operation procedure (SOP) of seed propagation g technology in Good Agricultural Practice (GAP). The SOP includes species definition, environmental requirements, sowing, field management, seed harvesting and handling, storage, and etc. Unified regulations and requirements were made on the SOP of seed propagation of Aucklandia lappa Decne. The standard is made to adapt to the production of fine seed in alpine areas of the northwest of Yunnan province. These unified regulations and requirements would have good guarding value on the high-quality production of Aucklandia lappa and ensure the quality of the herbal medicine.
