Comment and Analysis of Protection of Intellectual Property Right of Traditional Chinese Medicines and Intellectual Property Right of TCMs Enterprises in China
论“中药知识产权保护”与中药企业的知识产权保护问题

This article generally summarizes the types of intellectual property right,which the industry of traditional Chinese medicines may refer to.It suggests that it would be appropriate to understand the intellectual property right of traditional Chinese medicines most extensively from the industrial viewpoint and puts forward a number of concrete proposals for the fomrulatation of the strategy for intellectual property right protection of the enterprises of traditional Chinese medicines.
