Establishing Indicators for TCM Expert Diagnosis System

The paper discusses the necessity of establishing an indicator framework for the R&D of TCM diagnosis system, in an attempt to combine traditional Chinese medicine with modern science and technology. Modern science and technology shall be used to reflect the process and characteristics of traditional Chinese diagnosis, under the theoretical framework of traditional Chinese medicine and the concept of system science and system complexity. Based on these researches, one can work out technical lines needed to establish an indictor framework for TCM expert diagnostics system, using data mining technique.
