The paper surveys the present situation and future prospect of TCM new products, and discusses the effect of the entrance of China into WTO on the Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises. The paper suggests that TCM enterprises should develop new products and apply high new technique as a long period strategy target for the development of enterprises.
