Experimental Study of Vibration Packing Density of Molecular Sieve
|
Abstract:
Vibration loading progress of molecular seive whose granularity distributed from 1.3mm to 3.0mm was experimentally studied, and various factors of the process such as the vibration frequency, the vibration amplitude, the influence of vibration loading time on the molecular sieve packing density were investigated. Results show that the packing density firstly increases with the frequency increasing and achieves a peak value, then reduces. So the frequency has a optimal value. Relationship between amplitude and packing density is the same as the effect of the frequency on packing density. In the conditions of this paper, the optimal value of frequency is 55Hz, and that of amplitude is \{0.6mm\}. With the increase of the loading time, the packing density gradually increases to a certain value. These could serve as the basis in determining the technological parameters of the vibration loading progress of the molecular seive at this particle size scale.
