To Explore the Biological Network Shared in Rheumatoid Arthritis and Coronary Heart Disease with Text Mining Technique

It is the important issue to summarize the finished research results in modern research on pattern of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The application of text mining technique develops the new way on TCM pattern research. In this study, based on "Different diseases with same pattern" theory in TCM, rheumatoid arthritis and coronary heart disease were selected to explore the potential biological network shared in these two diseases.
