Measurement of Forces Acting on Cylinder in Oscillating Water Flow
振荡流中圆柱受力测量研究

The experimental method of measuring forces acting on a cylinder in oscillating water flow is described. Results are given for inline and transvarse forces. Especially, the frequency spectrums of these kinds of forces are also given.
