Phase Locked Technique Used for Image Processing of Photocarrier Fringe Patterns

In order to locate the fringes more exactly, the phase locked technique is employed in the method of image processing of photo carrier fringe patterns. A discrete iterated procedure, which can be processed conveniently by a computer, is discussed. The error analysis for fringe location of a nonlinear model and the effect of noise are given in detail. Experimental results show that the fringe patterns can be located without any steady errors after the transient response is decayed down.
