Clinical effects constitute the foundation on which the existence and development of traditional Chinese medicine and materia medica lie. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish the system for the assessment of the systems for the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine and to assess the clinical effects scientifically, objectively and systematically. This article studies and discusses the objectives and development idea of the system for the assessment of the systems for the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine and proposes key tasks and techniques for the system.
