Exploration of A New Approach to Enhancing Penetration in Transdermal Delivery System
经皮给药系统促渗新方法的探索

Based on the analysis of the present technology of transdermal delivery ,this paper puts forward a new approach to enhancing penetrability by a physical means of pressure seal and heating, and the design parameters of the new approach are presented as well according to the current materials. The new approach can offer a possibility for transderm absorption of Chinese traditional medicine compounds and macromolecular drugs, such as polypeptide.
