A Non Contact Exciting System Used for Experiments on Dynamic Characteristics of Flexible Structures

A non contact exciting method for exciting high flexible systems such as beam, plate, string, cable etc. is presented in this paper. Also the exciting force equation for this symmetric single E type Electro magnetic exciting system is deduced. An application is shown.
