An Experimental Simulation Method of the Inherent Frequency for A Super Big Structure
|
Abstract:
It is may be limited by the test technology conditions or by the test fee that tests the inherent frequency for a super big structure using common experimental method. Therefore, according to the similarity theory, the present paper introduces a simulation method, which can use a small model to gain the inherent frequency for a super big structure by means of the frequency similarity rule K_f educed from the differential equilibrium equations of dynamics. The method is not only simplicity, but also economy. It is more fit for a generally engineering research, which is limited by the condition and the fee. So,we obtain a research way in experimental simulation of inherent values for super big structures. As a engineering example,we discuss the inherent frequency values of a super big concrete platform from a steel factory with the method in this article. The results is identical sufficiently when it is compared with the finite element method.
