Based on l] in which the concept of power lattice is given, this paper obtains a sufficient and necessary condition of power lattice, introduces the concepts of regular power lattice and relative power lattice, discusses the relations between regular power lattice and quotient lattice as well as those between relative power lattice and quotient lattice.
