Abstract:

Thinking of Klein-Gorden equation in Reissner-Nordstrom-de Sitter spacetime, the entropy is calculated by the improved brick-wall method due to the generalized uncertainty relation. The entropy bound of this system not only includes the contribution of the black hole horizon, but also includes the contribution of the cosmological horizon. It is found that there is an internal relation between the event horizon and the entropy. It is also apparent that the cut-off in brick-wall model is something related to the quantum theory of gravity.
