DOWN REGULATION OF INSULIN AND GM-CSF RECEPTORS IN MURINE BONE MARROW CELLS AND PERITONEAL MACROPHAGES AFFECTED BY FORSKOLIN
|
Abstract:
Radioreceptorassay showed that forskolin could down regulate the nnmbers of insulin and granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF)receptors in murine bone marrow cells and peritoneal macrophages. And the effect on GM-CSF receptors appeared in a dose and the dependent fashion. The macrophages have showed am increase of acidic phosphatase activity and more stretchy microfilaments after being treated with FSK.
