Isolation and Molecular Identification of Endophytic Bacteria from Lateolabrax japonicus Net Cage Culture in the Wujiang River
|
Abstract:
Abstract:The present experiment was undertaken with the tranditional microbiology method to isolate the endophytic bacteria from Lateolabrax japonicus of net cage culture in wujiang river and 9 strains were isolated. The 600bp fragments of 16S rRNA gene of nine strains were amplificated by PCR methold. These 600bp sequences were successfully sequenced and were entered into the NCBI (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/).Objective to analyse the homology by BLAST tool. It shows that nine stains are Aeromonas salmonicida (homology of 98%), Acinetobacter (homology of 97%), Klebsiella pneumoniae (homology of 98%), Aeromonas hydrophila (homology of 99%), Shewanella baltica (homology of 99%), Staphylococcus saprophyticus (homology of 99%), Bacillus subtilis (homology of 99%), Serratia proteamaculans(homology of 95%) and Aeromonas salmonicida (homology of 97%) respectively.
