Study on the Host Efficiency of the Sinocyclocheilus grahami grahami (Regan) for the Anodonta woodiana elliptica

Abstract:
Sinocyclocheilus grahami grahami, an endemic fish of Lake Dianchi was selected as host fish for Anodonta woodiana ellliptica in this study. The effect of infection indicated that the average infecting juveniles 194 individuals per fish and the glochidian mainly infected in fish fins and gill. There are about 140 individuals infected in gill per fish. Compare the first effect of infection with second, there is not difference in infection position, but the number of infecting juvenile was decreased in second effect of infection except the gill.
