THE ACTION OF BILE STABILIZING EXTERNAL SOURCE NUCLEI IN VITRO
|
Abstract:
The action of guinea pig's bile Stabilizing external nuclei was investigatal with 30guinea pigs in vitro. The technique of microscope and television camera was fused to observethe bubble formation when passare of the liquid was being reduced to simulated altitude. Theresults shoWed that the external source nuclei within the liqde could be stabilized byguinea pig's bile in vitro, just like What was observed in bile salts solution. The nuclei that suspended in bile solution can be stabilized for 2 days and this ability of bile exist 8 days. Theresults suggest that there may be important relahonship between some unknown compositionsin bile and the substance that can stabals the nuclei in living body.
