BEAT TO BEAT POLYMORPH OF SURFACE ELECTROCARDIOGRAMIN NORMAL HUMAN SUBJECTS
|
Abstract:
The waveforms of electrocardiogram(ECG) are the synthesized effects of the electrical activities of the vast myocardial cells. Medical research revealed it contained important information in the beat to beat micro-changes of ECG. The authors set up a computerized system including software and hard ware to analysis the beat to beat morphology of human surface ECG. ECGs of 58 healthy subjects were collected and analyzed. Diagrams of polymorph of P, QRS, and T waves of normal human subjects were obtained. On the surface ECG, the reflections of the beat to beat changes of the electrical activities of myocardial cells were observed by power spectrum analysis and time-donain temporary analysis. The meaning of the phenomena of beat to beat polymorph of surface ECG is that it is the reflection of the time-variant features of the myocardial cells.
