Plant Comet Assay and Its Application on Environment Pollution Monitoring

Plant comet assay is a new technique developed in recent years to detecting DNA damages. Plant comet assay has characteristics of quick response and sensitivity. This paper summarized the latest research results about the plant comet assay at home and abroad, and described in detail about the method and its application in ecotoxicology.
