Research Advances of MHC Genetic Variation and Disease Resistance of Fish
ＭＨＣ基因的遗传变异及其与鱼类抗病性研究进展

This paper described the research of the structure and function of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) of in vertebrates, especially in fish. The article expatiated on variation about MHC genes and disease resistance mechanisms of fish. In the mean while we introduced the relationship between the variation in MHC genes and resistance of various fish diseases, and focused on the research of MHC genes in grass crap. We have made our own vision about the MHC genes in resistance of fish disease and grass carp breeding in the future.
