This paper introduces the method and theory of measurement of human spermatozoa swimming motility with the laser light Quasi - elastic scattering spectroscopy. We have obtained the swimming-speed distribution function of normal human spermatozoa and three contraception medicament effects of restrained spermatozoa mobility.
