STUDY ON BIOPHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ERYTHROCYTES MEMBRANE IN MYD
萎缩性肌强直(MYD)患者红细胞膜生物物理特性的研究

FJuorescene method has been utilized to measure the membrane potential in the erythrocytes membranes. The results showed that membrane potentials of MYD were larger than that of control in various external K+concentration. The fluorescene polarization method was utilized to measure the polarization value (p) of erythrocytes membrane. The results showed that p of MYD was less than that of the control. We also found the electrophoretic mobility of MYD was faster than that of normal; by cell electrophoresis. These differences on biophysical charateristics between membrane of MYD and control indicate that changes in membrane structure of MYD occur. the abnormalities of membrane structure of MYD will influence the metabolism and function in many organ systems directly.
