STUDY ON THE PENETRATION OF APOCYTOCHROME C INTO SOYBEAN PHOSPHOLIPIDS MONOLAYER
脱血红素细胞色素c插入磷脂单分子层能力的研究

A modified monolayer experiment device for penetration of Apo c was designed. Interaction of apocytochromec from tuna heart and horse he rt with monolayer of soybean phospholipids was studied. We found that apocytochrome c of tuna heart and horse heart have a high affinity and penetration ability for soybean phospholipids. The critical pressures are 45mN/m, 43mM/m, respectively.
