Establishment and Utilization Planning of the Shangshe Lake Wetland Nature Reserve of Wuhan City
武汉上涉湖湿地自然保护区规划建设与利用

Based on the status quo of biodiversity resources in the wetland nature reserve of the Shangshe Lake region of Wuhan City, and planning and guiding principle of the nature reserve, a planning was programmed that divided the whole reserve area into a core area: ensuring the natural succession and multiplication of wetland ecological system, a buffer area implementing: management and control of the impact of negative factors on the core area, and an experimental area: small-scale construction of supporting protection facilities. Main objectives of the different functional partitions were clarified. An overall arrangement of infrastructure projects was addressed, and utilization principles and measures, in the meantime, were put forward on developing and utilizing the Shangshe Lake nature reserve.
