MEMBRANE FUSION-INDUCED FACTORS CAUSE A DECREASE IN MEMBRANE SURFACE DIELECTRIC CONSTANT
|
Abstract:
The effects of several inelnbrane fuSion-induced factors including addle PH,Ca2 and lower mperetare on the Tnelnbrane surface diel constant of Ehrlich's ascha aam studied. The adult shoal that acidic pH. Ca2 and low temperatUre all cause a decrease in the membrane surface dielectric constant. The Se data indicated that the drs of cane hydrition foers twlicatal in the decrease of Tnelnbtane sauce diel constant was the key step of the membrane fusion induced by audio pH,Ca2 and freezing-thawing.
