STUDY ON MULTI-PARAMETER DYNAMIC MEASUREMENT OF THE ELASTIC PROPERTIES OF RED BLOOD CELL MEMBRANE BASED ON IMAGE ANALYZING TECHNIQUE
|
Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to develop a new dynamic image analyzing technique with the ability of performing non-invasive, in situ, real time measurement on viscoelastic parameters of single intact red blood cell. With these technique, the bending modulus Kc , shear elasticity μ, and ε, the ratio of shear and bending elasticity have been measured as functions of temperature, oxygenated status and osmotic pressure.
