Comparison of different preservation methods for Vibrio splendidus and Vibrio vulnificus
灿烂弧菌和创伤弧菌的不同保存方法比较

Three preservation methods (serially passage on bevel method, puncture-paraffin method, glycerol cry -preservation method) for same strain of Vibrio splendidus and Vibrio vulnificus were compared in this paper. The result showed that the preserved stage of glycerol cry -preservation method and puncture-paraffin method was longer than anther method; the virulence of Listonella anguillarum preserving twelve months decreased in different degree for three preservation methods, glycerol cry -preservation method was better than the others.
