Pathological Study on Rice Field Eel Artifical Infected by Aeromonas sobria
黄鳝人工感染温和气单胞菌的组织病理学研究

Pathological changes of rice field eel after artifical infected by Aeromonas sobria were observed in this study. The peak of mortality was between 12h to 36h after post -infection. The clinical symptoms after atifical infection were similar with the natural disease. The pathological and histological change showed that degeneration of liver cells; shed in intestinal epithelium; glomerular disappeared. 9h to 27h after infection, hepatic cell cords were disorder and alveolation. Intestinal epithelium fall off, erythrocyte increased in submucous layer, serosal layer and muscularis. 3h to 21h after infection, epithelium of renal tubule appeared necrosis, nucleuses were dyed slightly even disappeared; 21h to 30h after infection muscle cells were necrotic and a lot of inflammatory cells were soaking.
