EFFECT OF DISORDER OF SEQUENCE OF AMINO ACID RESIDUES IN PROTEIN MOLECULES ON THEIR DENSITIES OFSELECTRONIC STATES

We calculate the densities of electronic states of disorder protein molecules by Dean's NFC method The results show that when containing more kind of amino acids, the valence bands of disorder protein molecules are very wide and thus the holes in valence band have large mobility.
