Excitation wavelength - Emission wavelength - Fluorescent intensity ( 3D) spectral profiles of the whole blood, plasma and hemoglobin of cancer patients were studied The origin materials of characteristic band 625nm may exist inside the hemoglobin of blood The fluorescent intensities of 625 nm band of blood samples from fifteen kinds of canner (28 cases), ten cases of non-cancer patient and 15 cases of healthy person were measured.
