THE EFFECTS OF WATER STRESS ON THE CHLOROPHYLL A FLUORESCENCE INDUCTION KINETICS IN WHEAT SEEDLINGS
水分胁迫对小麦叶绿素a荧光诱导动力学的影响

The effects of water stress on the chlorophyll a fluorescence induction kinetics of chloroplasts and leaves in wheat seedlings were studied by using a modulated kinetics fluorospectrophotometer. The results showed that water stress impaired PSI, PSII and CO, assimilation. The damaged sites of PSII may be on its oxidizing side and reaction center.
