EFFECTS OF SPECIFIC ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE ON THE ULTRA-WEAK CHEMILUMINESCENCE AND IN-VITRO CAPACITATION OF RABBIT SPERM

Abstract:
In order to investigate the feasibility of using specific electromagnetic wave ( SEW) in the animal husbandry, the effects of various dose ( 4,8,12,16min. ) SEW irradiation on the ultra - weak Cherniluminescence (CL) and the in - vitro capacitation of rabbit sperm were studied in this experiment. The results indicate that the ultra weak CL intensity of rabbit sperm has a sighificant increase when the Senmen Samples are irradiated by the proper dose ( 8mia ) SEW, SEW irradiation also can induce and promote in - vitro capacitation and acrosome reaction of rabbit sperm obviously. Furtherty. when slaticticlly analysed the correlation, the result reveals that there is a high positive correlation (r = 0.805,p<0.01 ) between the ultra-weak CL intensity and percent of the true acrosome reaction of rabbit sperm.
