EFFECTS OF Pseudomonas aeruginosa ADHESION ON CYTOSKELETON OF INTESTINAL EPITHELIAL CELLS
|
Abstract:
To explore the mechanism of intestinal epithelial cell(IEC) cytoskeleton injury after Pseudomonas aeruginosa adhesion, the micropipette aspiration technique and cell-ELISA, image analysis were adopted to investigate the changes of cytoskeleton protein for Pseudomonas aeruginosa adhesion. The result showed that the viability of the IEC was decreased at 1h, the area of IEC was significantly decreased, but the perimeter of IEC was unchanged before 3h. The increase of incubation time, the content of skeleton proteins were decreased more significantly. The elastic coefficient K1,K2 were markedly decreased, meanwhile the viscous coefficient μ was decreased. These results suggested that content of cytoskeleton changes, its function injured after Pseudomonas aeruginosa adhesion, finally leads to the damage of IEC.
