STUDIES ON GENERATION AND SCAVENGING OF OXYGEN RADICALS IN THE SYSTEM OF AMMONIUM PERSULFATE -N,N,N'',N''- TETRAMETHYL ETHYLENEDIAMINE
过硫酸铵-N,N,N′,N′-四甲基乙二胺体系产生的氧自由基及其清除的研究

Oxygen radicals generating in AP-TEMED system measured directly by ESR and spin trapping methods were distinguished as 0_2~(-) and ·OH by spectra of computer simulation and parameters calculated from the spectra. The system of AP-TEMED used in the study on scavenging of radicals by vitamin C, green tea polyphenols and superoxide dismutase was appraised by approaches, such as polyacrylamide gel, luminol mediated chemiluminescence and inhibition of lipid peroxidation.
