CORRELATION PROPERTIES OF PROTEIN SEQUENCESOF DIFFERENT TYPES

Protein sequences of different types were analyzed by calculating their average power spectrum density(PSD). The results showed that the protein sequences were not at random but had obvious correlation. The correlation feathers of protein sequences of different types were different and related to their structural classes.
