QUANTITATIVE INVESTIGATION OF DYNAMIC BINDING BETWEEN LIGANDS(ANTIBODY)AND PROTEIN MOLECULES ON THE SURFACE OF CELLS

Abstract:
If we want to understand the life-activity of cells deeply we can detcrmin the activation of the protein molecules on the surface of cell with the fluorescence quantitative method.In this paper we studied the inhibited and competed combination of FITC-11-4 - 1Fab, and 11-4-1Fab, with the glycoprotein molecules on the surface of CllD cells. The probability of the special combination of FITC-11-4-1Fab was measured in certain time. This result wes helpful for to understand the structure and movement of the glycoprotein molecules on the surface of a CUD cell.The quantitative determination of fluorescent strength was measured by fluorescence-photometer then we got the exact number of FITC-11-4-1Fab molecules which was combined with the glycoprotein on the surface of CllD cells by a special calculate method.The results prove that the exact number of FITC -11-4-lFab combined with glycoprotein on the surface of CllD cell is increased with the increment of FITC -11-4-1Fab concentration.
