EFFECT OF EXTERNAL ELECTRIC FIELD ON PHOTOELCFRIC RESPONSE OF MONOMERIC bR IN BLM

Abstract:
The effect of external electric field on the photoelectric response of monomenc bR BLM system was measured. When the positive electric field was added to this system (outside container was positive, inside container was negative), the photoelectric signal became smaller, when +52mV was added, the polarity of signal changed from positive to negative. When negative electric field was added, the signals became larger with increasing electric field. The model of polarity change and mechanism of effects have been discussed.
