THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHIC SIMULATION MODEL OF BEATING HEART
|
Abstract:
Previous electronic cardiac graphic(ECG) simulation works always ignore the displacement of the equivalent dipole region caused by heart throb in one cardiac cycle, which made their models' output electrocardiograms have unavoidable errors especially during the ST-T segment. Based on the analysis of electrocardic and mechanical physiology of the human heart, we try to impose the mechanical factor on our electronic heart model. So a new dynamic electronic heart model was constructed. Comparing these two models' output BSPM under the normal and ischemia situation, we found the new model improved the precision of the ECG simulation. This research work substantiates the importance of the mechanical factor in the ECG simulation, and provider a new orientation for exploring the further electrocardiographic forward problem and inverse problem.
