IDENTIFYING EXONS IN AN EUCARYOTIC GENE BY STATISTICAL METHOD

Abstract:
The difference of codon usage and uneven positional base frequency between exons and introns from human genome is analysed. "Splicing method" is used to identify the sites of exons, and the results show that precise rate arrives at 74.6%, and this method can be applied to research work of sequence analyse studies.
