With Jingkang No.5 (PiA), calli of the PiA induced for 10-15 days were transferred into amino acid liquid culture medium, to establish excellent rice suspension cell lines successfully in a relative short time. The growth characteristics and differentiation conditions of suspension cells were measured at different phases.
