THE STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF REPEATFD FRAGMENTS IN NUCLEIC ACID SEQUENCES
核酸序列重复片段的统计分析

The statistical analysis of repeated fragments in coding regions of nucleic acid sequences has beeen made. It is found that the repeated numbers and the total length of repeated fragments are nearly same for sequences of different species. The Peculiarities of the base di tribution in repeated fragments are discussed in detail. The biologicat implications of the results are inferred briefly.
