CONFORMATIONAL STUDY OF HUMAN FOLLICULAR GONADOTROPIN-RELEASING PEPTIDE (hF-GRP)BY STM
人卵泡促性腺激素释放肽（hF－GRP）的STM研究

hF-GPR deposital on a highly oriented pyrolytic graphite(HOPG)substrate,has been observed by STM under ambient conditions.A single layer packed structure of hF-GRP molecules was imaged for the first time.About 2. 4nm in length was found in the STM image of hF-GRP molecule.The conformational properties of hF-GRP molecules on the STM image agree well with the results of 2D-NMR experiment.
