SURFACE PROPERTIES AND SOLVATION FREE ENERGY OF AMINO ACID
氨基酸的表面特性和溶剂化自由能

The solvent accessible surface area, local dipole moments and surface electrostatic feild of amino acids have been calculated. The results show different hydr-ation mechanism of hydrophobic and hydrophilic groups. A new method for estimating solvation energy of amino acids is proposed.
