THE USE OF ISOPARAMETRIC TRANSFORMATION IN THREEDIMENSIONAL FINITE ELEMENT MECHANICAL MODELOF HUMAN LEFT VENTRICLE
|
Abstract:
According to the fibrous structure of human left ventricle and the electrical model of heart which can reflect the excitation propagation veritably, a three-dimensional finite element mechanical model of left ventricle is established based on composite theory. The paper mainly discusses the distinguishing usage of the isoparamentric transformation idea to deal with complicated physiological structure, such method as fibrous finite element division, material parameter transformation concerned non-homogeneity, numerical integral with multi-layered composite, and inverse mapping considered complex boundary condition and loads. In the end, the application of the model using this method is given.
