ANISODAMINE-INDUCED FUSION OF CARDIOLIPIN LEPOSOMES
|
Abstract:
In previous study, it has been reported that anisodamine can promote the formation of hexagonal II structure in cardiolipin liposomes. Here we have studied the effect of anisodamine on the fusion of cardiolipin liposomes by fluorescence resonance energy transfer technique. Results show that anisoamine can initiate the fusion between cardiolipin liposome populations and increase the fusion rate of cardiolipin liposomes induced by calcium.
