DEFORMABILITY OF RED CELL MEMBRANE VARIES WITH THE AGGREGATION STATE OF INTRACELLULAR HEMOGLOBIN AND CELL MORPHOLOGY
红细胞膜变形能力与胞内分子聚合状态和细胞形态的相关变化

The membrane deformability and the intracellular hemoglobin aggregate as well as cell morphology were measured by a microscope laser light scattering spectroscopy and image analyzing system on single intact red blood cell. Their correlation with physiological conditions was also investigated.
