THE EFFECT OF SDS CONCENTRATIONS ON THE SECONDARY STRUCTURE OF CREATINE KINASE STUDIED BY FTIR
|
Abstract:
The components of secondary strure of creatine kinase at the different concentrations of SDS have been examined by using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The results show that the order secondary strucks of the enzyme at low concentration SDS decreased. It suggests that conformation at or near the active site contains more ordered secondary structure.
